Amazing Service but problem is still unknown and unresolved FIVE STARS for our Service Advisor, Joe Murray's consideration; he actually offered a loaner vehicle. I applaud him for his patience (my husband had to go to work so he was a little on edge and kept calling Joe over and over wanting answers). THREE STARS for overall service because I still have the same problem with my vehicle that I had when it was dropped of five days ago. Although, they tested the codes and did a road test they were unable to identify why I'm having jerking/harshness when I accelerate sometimes. Another unknown issue was addressed BUT I'm still having the same issues which worries me (mainly because my warranty will be expiring soon). We purchased this vehicle from Firkins less than two years ago, I'm hoping whatever this unknown issue is doesn't force us to have to buy another one sooner than later. More

Paint blistered on hood of my 2017 Pacifica. Bryan took care of getting my van repainted. It was a default from Chrysler. He said it was taken care of, but when I got in my van it was still on. Therefore I have to reschedule another day to have service look st it again. Upset that I am waisting another day to get fixed.
