He also advised me of things that will need to be done in the future because of high mileage, but no pressure to have it done right away. Have also always been helped when my “low tire” light comes on & I just stop in with no appointment. Also, their waiting room is very comfortable and an elevator is available if needed. More

Extremely Pleasant Every time I have the need to have my vehicle serviced, I can look forward to being treated with the utmost respect. During this visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Josh Gale in the waiting room. He saw the retired army hat and t shirt I was wearing and gave me a "Thank You For Your Service From A Grateful American" coin. I thanked him. He complimented me on my 2015 Chrysler 200s ownership and asked me if I wanted to get rid of it. I told him that I was very satisfied with it and planned on keeping it. He then asked me if I was interested in a Zurich Vehicle Service Contract. He showed me some available options and within minutes I was signing the paperwork. I got my vehicle serviced and future repairs covered with a smile. I always feel appreciated as a customer everytime I visit Firkins. The employees are always professional and friendly. More

Carla was held 3 days and repair was not done correctly. Repairs took 3 days and was not done correctly. Loaner car staff was not attentive and ignored waiting customers. The interior of the car was dirtie Repairs took 3 days and was not done correctly. Loaner car staff was not attentive and ignored waiting customers. The interior of the car was dirtier than when we took it in and the leaked water was not cleaned up by the technician. I Will not recommend to others. More
