Efficient, Thorough Service My air conditioner was not blowing cold so Ron D., who was my Service Writer, quickly had the cause analyzed and determined that my warranty covered i My air conditioner was not blowing cold so Ron D., who was my Service Writer, quickly had the cause analyzed and determined that my warranty covered it. He got me a rental for two days and turned my Town and Country over to Dan, Service Tech. The air is now working great and I can't say enough about the experience with both Ron and Dan. Took much longer than expected with an appointment We recently moved to south Riverview and Firkins is a little closer to me (time wise) than my normal dealership on Dale Mabry. We made an appointment We recently moved to south Riverview and Firkins is a little closer to me (time wise) than my normal dealership on Dale Mabry. We made an appointment for 7am (earliest they had) and when I showed up at 645am, there were already cars waiting. I was told they were night drops. First, our advisor was great. I believe his name was Rob? Very polite person. No complaints on him. By the time the "night drops" were cleared from the driveway and Rob took my keys, it was just after 730am. We went inside, had some of the complimentary bagels and waited. Other customer began to arrive for service and were called, paid and left while we still waited. It was about 10:30am by the time we were called up to pay for our service. Being a service adviser myself I know things can get a little hectic at times but when we have appointments at our shop, they are in an out in an hour or less. 3.5 hours for a simple oil change was about 2.5 hours too long in my opinion. We wasted our entire Saturday morning sitting at the dealership. Might make the longer drive back to my normal dealership on Dale Mabry for oil changes from now on. More

Not a typical sales experience. I hate buying cars more than anything. It is usually an extremely long and painful process. ABS service I called Firkins on 2-20-19 after my ABS light came on and spoke to Ron. I was freaking out because I had taken my car to Tire Kingdom to get an oil c I called Firkins on 2-20-19 after my ABS light came on and spoke to Ron. I was freaking out because I had taken my car to Tire Kingdom to get an oil change and after picking it up the light came on and my brakes began to grind and not stop while on the roadway so I was obviously terrified at the time. Ron actually calmed my nerves down and was able to get me an appt Friday morning first thing. He and the Firkins team did a great job and I feel much better about driving my vehicle around again. false completion of service I bought a Ram vehicle and they were to inspect it for certain issues when i bought it. I was told it was complete and had checked and not even touched for example the spare was loose ..told was done and not even touched. The fog lights were loose and they told me they could not be fixed. I had gone under the car to tighten them up. Picked up the vehicle with a nail in the tire and told i had to wait a week to plug a tire. Alignment fixed..Nope.. Lies they told me...also the paint because they fixed a dent was awful and had to go back 5 times for different things they said they fixed. The worst experience and will never go back. The sales people and service people know that truck so well they saw it so often when they could have done it right the first time. More
