I have not experienced using their service center. I found the sales department to be a pleasant experience. The salesman Dwayne was helpful and pleasant thru the entire buying experience as was the I found the sales department to be a pleasant experience. The salesman Dwayne was helpful and pleasant thru the entire buying experience as was the sales manager David. I pointed out some defects to be corrected before I would buy the vehicle. I have yet to see the vehicle since the items were corrected but I am confident they will be professionally completed. I have not experienced needing the service department except for correcting the items listed above so the rating is based on my rating of the sales department. More
