Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I did not originally buy my jeep there but I thought I would try to get it serviced there and they do not assist you in anyway with a loaner vehicle or shu not originally buy my jeep there but I thought I would try to get it serviced there and they do not assist you in anyway with a loaner vehicle or shuttle transport to a different location. The unfortunate issue was I ask the customer service rep prior to my appointment and she couldn’t answer the question if I would get a loaner vehicle or not. That left me stranded on the day of my appointment and upon arrival the individual told me we don’t provide loaners but we have a rental car area. That could very easily of been told to me when I asked the question on the phone. I don’t find this location to be good at customer service nor do they care. I hope at least they take care of the cars is better than they do people. More
