I purchased a vehicle online from there and had to fly there to get it. They put me off on the pickup date. I double checked before I booked my flight and was told that the van will be ready book the fli there to get it. They put me off on the pickup date. The night before I called just to remind them of my arrival time and was told that it was not ready yet. They had to complete an inspection. They cost me the price of the flight but promised to pay me for it. After several delays they finished their so called inspection. They met me at the airport. I paid them 250 dollars to meet me there . I got on the interstate it started to rain as soon as I turned on the wipers the wipers flew off the van. I soon realized that the air conditioning was not working. This is Florida. So Firkins promised to reimburse me for all of it. After months of lies , I finally decided to write a review. They quickly contacted me and all of a sudden they pretended to be concerned and asked for me to resend all of the receipts. I did. I got no response. I emailed back again and I got nothing.
