When I opened the car door a very powerful smell of body order hit me. It was bad. I sat down in the drivers seat and opened the windows. I then notice that the air condition was on and recycling cabin air mode. And for some reason, my seat had been adjusted. Why I am not sure. Please understand that this is not a complaint on Firkins, but rather a disrespectful person. To have the air conditioning running on a morning that was in the low 70's with the windows up and to adjust the seat when they only moved it on the lot is very rude. Not to mention it took two days for the smell to dissipate. I am looking forward to coming to your dealership in the future. Again Joe M. is very professional and knowledgeable. I only wish other people were more courteous. More

It was awesome! I phoned about a recall, and was told "if you bring it in right now, we can have it done in half an hour." I had a doctor's appointment, so it was about an hour later whn I arrived. I was told it would take maybe an hour and a half. I said that I needed to be at my office by noon. The service advisor said they'd be done by 11:30. At 11L15, I was back at my office on the other ide of town. Amazing service And the coffee from the Keureg was good, too!. More
