Although losing the car for 2 full days for such simple work, we would have scored you a 3 star rating. However, while we sat the first day for several hours for the initial repair, we witnessed staff going out of their way to help and assist customers in a an above-and-beyond level. With this and how Joe remedied the situation, this scores you a 5 star rating. More

$50,000 Truck with 1969 miles and a bad battery... Called Ron in service about my battery issue on Monday and he set me up for a service appointment on Tuesday. Dropped off the truck at 9:00am, went to Called Ron in service about my battery issue on Monday and he set me up for a service appointment on Tuesday. Joe Murray excellent communication!!! Joe Murray explained all the details and problems and future fixes with the Ram 1500 electrical big board. Yes my Ram truck has electrical gremlins w Joe Murray explained all the details and problems and future fixes with the Ram 1500 electrical big board. Yes my Ram truck has electrical gremlins with radio, wipers, overhead lighting had to be replaced. Joe replaced overhead, Ram should be working om new software fix for big board.
