Firkins Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I brought my 2021 Gladiator in 6 months before this last service appt with the same noise in the rt front wheel. I was told that is just the way Jeeps sound. The noise persisted so I had another appt to lo service appt with the same noise in the rt front wheel. I was told that is just the way Jeeps sound. The noise persisted so I had another appt to look at it again. This time I was told that the caliper was bad in that wheel and would need to be replaced. I was informed the parts would be there the next day and they would have it fixed. I called and was informed the the parts didn't make it so it would be until Monday to get the parts but they don't receive a truck on Monday so it would be Tuesday. So this was 5 days without the vehicle. On Tuesday after I called again and was told that the wrong brake hose was delivered. I was told that it was being overnighted and they would have first thing in the morning. Guess what? I called at noon to see when I could pick up my vehicle and was informed the part was not there and it would be another day. At this point I called the service manager and was given nothing but attitude and excuses. He told me I was lucky because he had cars that had been sitting there 6 months waiting on parts. That really didn't instill a lot of confidence in the dealership or service dept. All I wanted to know was truthfully when the Jeep was going to be done. The manager said he would call the parts depot and call me right back. Guess what? No call. The next day the service writer called and said that it would be ready at noon and come and get it then. I picked it up and Guess what? The same grinding noise is still there but now it is worse. The mechanic said it is tire noise. I have driven this Jeep for 3 yrs so I think I know what tire noise is. I want it fixed before the warranty runs out but there is no Jeep service Dept in the area with a good rating. During this whole experience I made all the calls to the service dept and the only call I received was to come pick my vehicle up. It took 7 days to replace a brake caliper???????
