I've been told that this occurs on all Longhorn models. In my opinion the tinting should removed. More

Firkins lived up to the great reviews, and I have never been more happy about a purchase since I bought my home a few years back. Had a great experience with Jeff, no one else. Terrible customer service in collision department on Friday 10/25 around 10:00AM. Totally ignored, felt I was bothering whoever I asked for help, he never identified himself. Also left with a rental car that had tires under deflated as I pulled out. Is this a common problem? I know the answer, that’s not part of Firkins. Let me ask you. Would you recommend your collision department and your rental car company. I think you know my answer. More

Not a good experience Lack of communication car was done never got a call to inform me about it. Person who took my keys even asked if I was waiting I told him No!!! He asked me for my cell number so he could call me when they were done but he never did. They closed and left for the day. I called to see if my vehicle is ready and the guy replied do you want to buy a car I said no. I just want my car he replied I’m salesman they left from the service department. How am I supposed to get home now I live in Tampa ! I was really upset I had to find someone to take me home and pay them. Later my son in law tells me that my car is ready for me to pick up it’s already 8:14 pm they said that Joseph mMurray went to the shop and took it out for me so I was relieved I was already crying. I just want to say thank you to him for coming back to do that for me! More
