Great experience this time I went in for a headlight bulb replacement. Unfortunately, there were two open recalls and they needed to keep my Jeep. They gave me a loaner. I was very hesitant to take my Jeep in to the service department in the first place due to my first experience with them. The first time I went in for a service, I had purchased a service warranty when I purchased my Jeep in Jacksonville and Firkin’s would not honor it. They kept me and my infant in the waiting room for an hour and did nothing. So I left very unhappy. More
