Stopped by First Team Honda after talking with Mark Bowles (General Sales Manager) a couple of weeks ago looking to maybe upgrade our 2019 CRV. Placed an order for a 2022 CRV Touring Edition but it had to be red and get in by Valentine’s Day. Well did he and Ken Anderson (Top Salesman) deliver! Got a text yesterday first saying it was on the truck, then it was delivered and then, can you stop by and pick it up this afternoon? Well when My wife got home from work we took a ride and she was thrilled when she first laid eyes on it😍 This was undoubtedly the very best experience we have ever had purchasing a new car and these two gentlemen went above and beyond our expectations! I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was for us to meet and do business with these two fine gentlemen! May God Bless them for treating us with such respect, fairness and kindness. They all were aware of my condition, they did most of the paperwork ahead of time so we spent absolute minimum time at the dealership👏👏👏 Highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a Honda! My experience in purchasing my 2022 Civic Touring was a dream. The Sales Manager, Mark, was able to find the exact car I wanted, which other dealerships have not been able to do in over 2 months. The sale team were awesome as far as getting me into a car, however the car I purchase has been a headache, I don't understand how you sale a car with so many issues, its just a month the car has been bac car, however the car I purchase has been a headache, I don't understand how you sale a car with so many issues, its just a month the car has been back over 4 times already, I don't know who works in the repair shop but this is ridiculous, I guess they don't put cars on the machine to find out what the problem is, they claim they sent the car out for repairs, yet it still has the same issues. Went for an 11 o clock appointment for an alignment and was told it would be ready within an hour and I requested a shuttle home. The shuttle came after a hour and I was told the job would be done after lu was told it would be ready within an hour and I requested a shuttle home.
