Worst dealership service department I have ever dealt with. First I had an issue with my A/C (there was a recall on) & had to pay for it and when it stopped working again very soon after they finally fi with. First I had an issue with my A/C (there was a recall on) & had to pay for it and when it stopped working again very soon after they finally fixed it as a recall issue. Then I take it for the “life time oil change” as I have done in the past and they do other service I did not want and charged me for it! This dealership is very shady. Do not recommend them. More

Stopped by First Team Honda after talking with Mark Bowles (General Sales Manager) a couple of weeks ago looking to maybe upgrade our 2019 CRV. Placed an order for a 2022 CRV Touring Edition but it had to be red and get in by Valentine’s Day. Well did he and Ken Anderson (Top Salesman) deliver! Got a text yesterday first saying it was on the truck, then it was delivered and then, can you stop by and pick it up this afternoon? Well when My wife got home from work we took a ride and she was thrilled when she first laid eyes on it😍 This was undoubtedly the very best experience we have ever had purchasing a new car and these two gentlemen went above and beyond our expectations! I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was for us to meet and do business with these two fine gentlemen! May God Bless them for treating us with such respect, fairness and kindness. They all were aware of my condition, they did most of the paperwork ahead of time so we spent absolute minimum time at the dealership👏👏👏 Highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a Honda!
