The sale team were awesome as far as getting me into a car, however the car I purchase has been a headache, I don't understand how you sale a car with so many issues, its just a month the car has been bac car, however the car I purchase has been a headache, I don't understand how you sale a car with so many issues, its just a month the car has been back over 4 times already, I don't know who works in the repair shop but this is ridiculous, I guess they don't put cars on the machine to find out what the problem is, they claim they sent the car out for repairs, yet it still has the same issues. Went for an 11 o clock appointment for an alignment and was told it would be ready within an hour and I requested a shuttle home. The shuttle came after a hour and I was told the job would be done after lu was told it would be ready within an hour and I requested a shuttle home. The shuttle came after a hour and I was told the job would be done after lunch. My car was not ready for 6 hours later causing me to not have a ride back to work. There wasn't an apology offered. I was so nervous about purchasing a vehicle. I haven't had a car payment since 2007. My vehicle ended up being totaled so, I didn't have a choice. I had to get another vehicle. Terrell was the first person I saw when I drove into the car dealership. He really put me at ease by asking me questions about the type of vehicle I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Those are very important traits to have when you're trying to sell a vehicle. He made my car buying experience easy, smooth and surprisingly fast. I'm telling everyone that I know to buy a vehicle from First Team Honda! Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was very friendly. To say I am satisfied with the purchase and the service I experienced from First Team Honda is an understatement! I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Camry last month. Working with Jeff “Motor” Malone was an absolute pleasure! Not only did I leave with a “new” car, I also made a new friend! I had to bring the car back for some minor things which were promptly addressed that day! While the car buying process is ultimately a business transaction, it was fun! After test driving a few cars, I had initially picked one vehicle. I came back the finalize the deal. However, someone else beat me to it (that was completely due to my stubbornness!). So, I had to start the process again! Jeff knew what I was looking for. I decided to go to grab some lunch while he searched all of First Team’s inventory (not just Honda’s). When I called to tell him I was on the way back to the dealership and let him know that I found a vehicle I’d like to check out while searching their website during my lunch, he had picked the exact car I did! If you’re looking for a new or preowned vehicle and want to have fun with plenty of laughs in the process, go visit Jeff “Motor” Malone! Shout out to the sales manger, Brandon as well. I went to get an oil change on my 2019 CR-V and out of the 3 service advisors mine is the one who thinks she doesn't have to wear a mask. On the front entrance doors to the dealership it is displayed "mas the 3 service advisors mine is the one who thinks she doesn't have to wear a mask. TERRIBLE!!! I Waited 3 hrs yesterday to sign papers for a new suv,After going over the deal,an hr later this so called (BRANDON) COMES AND SAYS I WILL OWE $595.00 MORE ,SAYS THE FORGOT TO TELL ME, Some kin a new suv,After going over the deal,an hr later this so called (BRANDON) COMES AND SAYS I WILL OWE $595.00 MORE ,SAYS THE FORGOT TO TELL ME, Some kind of Acquisition fee, SO I TOLD HIM I WOULD GIVE HIM THE DISC THAT GOES INTO MY MERCEDES THAT I HAD TO BUY OUTRIGHT AND WE CAN CALL IT EVEN HE AGREED!!!! BUT GUESS WHAT HE LIED I GUESS HE THOUGHT I WOULDNT NOTICE AT SIGNING ALL MY PAPER WORK BUT I DID AND CONFRONTED HIM WHICH HE SAID HE HAD TO CHARGE ME. SO MY QUESTION IS HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS HAD HE SCAMMED THAT DIDNT NOTICE??? BUYER BEWARE, HE IS A BALD FACE LIAR!!! More

!!!!!! I feel played !!!!!!I purchased a 2007 Hummer H3 !!!!!! I feel played !!!!!! I purchased a 2007 Hummer H3 from them on December 6th. I told them I needed a reliable vehicle to get to and from a ne !!!!!! I feel played !!!!!! I purchased a 2007 Hummer H3 from them on December 6th. I told them I needed a reliable vehicle to get to and from a new job I just aquired. I was very interested in the Hummer knowing I could get to work in pretty much any weather. Not even 2 weeks later I bring it back because it would cut off going down the road. Also they never changed the oil even though they said they did before I purchased the vehicle. Finally got them to do that. They would only look for the issue I expressed if I paid for it. 2 days after that I take it to a technician to find out why the oil light keeps coming on. He States that the rear main seal, drive shaft seal and the oil sending unit are all leaking bad for just over 2000 dollars I can fix all the issues. He also stated Wellthat there is so much oil under there that there is no way they did know about these leaks. Needless to say the Hummer is now a yard ornament . I can't afford to pay for the service so for over 2 weeks now I have had to drive my mom's car to work and back as the Hummer leaves it's Mark on the driveway. Am I pissed? You bet I am. I'm not saying don't purchase cars from them, all I'm saying is don't purchase a NO WORRANTY car without checking it over completely before you purchase one. There is even an idiot light that is undone somewhere. I hear the dinging, but no light comes on for it. Very shady on this experience. More
