I've never had any problem getting good service at Fitzgerald. They are always finding ways improve the customer experience. I've worked with almost every service rep but Mary Ann is the best. Not only does she do a great job but she'll go out of way to make sure the fine details are taken care of. She is very sweet and full of smiles. I always thought dealerships were very corporate and overpriced but Fitzgerald feels more like a extended family that is willing to take care of all your needs from start to finish. More
I bought a used sebring convertible I have only put 4,000 miles on the car and in fact had only driven the car for 3 months, since I bought it at the end of the summer last year. The CD player never worked miles on the car and in fact had only driven the car for 3 months, since I bought it at the end of the summer last year. The CD player never worked and recently the check engine light came on. When I took in the car for service I was told I had to pay $260.00 or a purge selluliod. I am not happy about this at all I have bought 2 cars from fitzgerald one new, one used.....Considering I had only put a few miles on the car and had only had it for 5 months I was very disapointed with the service I recieved. I for one would not reccommed buying a used car from fitzgerald they obviously do not stand behind the used cars they sell. When I asked about the warranty this of course was not covered........convieniently enough, and although this may seem like a small charge, since I am still paying for the car it really ticks me off! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING USED FROM FITZGERALD AUTO MALLS!!! More
