I brought my car in and was given a Loaner car, I did not bring up my concerns with the person working the window about what I was told when I called the dealership a day earlier. Even the dealership I did buy my car from told me they couldn't guarantee me a loaner either. Very frustrating to get this kind of service from VW......I was given a brand new Infiniti as a loaner when I had my 2009 Infiniti in the shop and that was a car I bought used. I also did not get a VW loaner I got a base model Corolla that stinks like Cigarette's...I didn't complain about that because I was just glad I had a car to get to work in.......

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I sincerely apologize that it left a less than desireable impression. We do value your feedback as it indicates areas where we can improve our processes. We currently have (7) Volkswagen courtesy vehicles available to our service customers, regardless if they purchased their VW from us or not. There are days that they are all spoken for, in which case, we do resort to other Makes and Models. Sending one out with an offending odor is not acceptible though. We realize that we should've offered a higher level of service and would like to send you a coupon off of your next service.
