I visited the Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Lexington Park last Friday just thinking I was going in to get information on the Chrysler Pacifica and possibly take a test drive. I have been a multi-decade Honda owne Friday just thinking I was going in to get information on the Chrysler Pacifica and possibly take a test drive. I have been a multi-decade Honda owner, but have an aging Saint Bernard and needed a minivan that provided easy access and space for a 145 lb. dog to comfortably lie down. To my surprise, I wound up buying a 2020 Pacifica. I’ve been researching minivans for a while, and was pretty sure that the Pacifica was the best minivan for my needs. The expertise, patience, and thoroughness of my salesman, Mr. Keyvan Aarabi, who patiently checked me out on the many features of the car and took me on an extensive test drive, erased any lingering reasons I might have had to delay a decision. He made sure that he totally understood what my requirements were. He also explored various financing possibilities, including a fair trade in for my 10-year old SUV (yes, a Honda CR-V).
