Great experience i spent the day shopping used car lots with my parents. Reluctantly i followed my fathers instinct and was welcomed buy Mike Hendy. He treated us like we were buying a brand new car! He offered many options in my price range, sound advice and the assurance that he wanted me to leave happy. I would recommend Fitzgerald and highly recommend Mike Hendry! More

We looked at Jeep, since we already own one and love it, VW, Buick, Subaru and since the Hyundai dealer was right next door to Subaru decided to check out Hyundai. Sure glad we did. We where met at the door by Mike Hendry who carefully listened to what we thought our wants where and shared with us info about the dealership and cars available. We where able to look at and sit in several different models and trim levels in the huge air conditioned 60 car showroom. After about 15 minutes we made a decision and started our test drive experience. Ended up driving two different models and three different trim levels the whole time was very pleasant and informative due to Mike's knowledge of his product line and abiliity to provide us with exactly what we wanted in a vehicle at a price that was better than we had expected to achieve. The dealership is well run and Mke Hendry and his other supporting cast made the whole experience way above any other car buying experience we have been involved in. We ended up leasing a very nicely equipped Sonata GLS at a price way below any other offer we had received all day at the other dealers without any pressure, haggling or run around. We recommend the Fitzgerald dealerships and especially recommend Mike Hendry at Hyundai for an exceptional buying experience. More

MY MOTHER BOUGHT A HYUNDAI A COUPLE YEARS BACK AND LOVES IT AND WHILE I WAS AWAY USING IT, IT BROKE DOWN. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH HYUNDAI MADE ME DECIDED THIS IS THE WAY I WANTED TO GO. I CAME IN AND I TOLD JOHN WHAT WE WANTED AND WHAT MINIMUM AND MAXIMAL DOWN PAYMENT I COULD DO. HE SAT DOWN WITH US AND SHOWED US ACCENT THAT MY DAUGHTER WANTED. THEN HE SHOWED US A ELANTRA THAT MY DAUGHTER FELL IN LOVE WITH. BECAUSE I DO NOT WORK I COULD NOT FINANCE IT. PLUS I WANTED MY DAUGHTER'S NAME ON THE LOAN SO SHE COULD BUILD HER CREIDT. DEB AND JOHN WORKED WITH MY NUMBERS CAME BACK A LITTLE HIGHER THEN I WOULD LIKE BUT THIS WAS STILL DOABLE. AFTER FIGURING OUT COLLAGE BUDGET AND NOW NEW CAR PAYMENT AND INC. I WAS A LITTLE STRESSED CAUSE IT TAP ME OUT. THEN WHEN WE THOUGHT IT WAS A DONE DEAL, DEB CAME BACK WITH A MUCH LOWER PRICE A MONTH AND MY WEIGHT DROPPED OFF MY SHOULDERS. SHE WORKED SO HARD WITH ALL DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND WENT TO BAT FOR US AND DID IT.. I WOULD SEND EVERYONE TO YOU THAT WAS LOOKING FOR A CAR. Adam spent a few hours with me on a Saturday, and simply educated me and gave me offers on possible leases. He never tried to push me or pressure me. I told him I had to think about everything. Two weeks later I called him up, he remembered exactly who I was and what I wanted. I told him over the phone the decision I made. By the time I got to the dealership he had everything ready to go. The exact car we looked at was sold within those two weeks, so he found one almost identical and made sure to still give me the price he quoted. I would work with Adam anytime I need a car, and recommend him to anyone who needs a car. In addition, Debbie made the signing process such a breeze. She told me what I needed to know, and got me out of there quickly. It was a genuinely fantastic experience. More

He was straight forward with everything and took his time with me. I felt zero pressure from anyone. The car was right in my price range and I was able to finance it in the exact way I wanted to! They gave nothing but high quality work and customer service. I ended up with my dream car and could not have asked for a better experience.
