I had previously purchased a car here from Captain Joe Sullivan, so I had asked for him. He fast-talked me on the phone (which annoyed me) but I figured I would talk with him more when I got to the deale Sullivan, so I had asked for him. When I arrived, he was incredibly rude and condescending, so much so, that I walked out. It's generally NOT a good idea to call your customers stupid, especially when that customer is a female lawyer who has researched her purchase for 2 weeks. After walking out, I walked back in to give him a piece of my mind (minus the cursing). After Debbie Greene heard me yelling at Captain Joe for calling me stupid, she asked me to come into her office. Debbie started by apologizing, and after I calmed down and she accepted my apology she said "Please let me earn your business." Debbie put me with Sonna Hays. I highly recommend Sonna. Sonna is quite sweet and patient, endured my barrage of questions, and she didn't pull any of the fast-talking mumbo jumbo with me that Captain Joe pulled. I test drove a few cars, and ultimately, decided to buy another Sonata. My buying process with Sonna was very easy and straight-forward. I wasn't left sitting in an office while she "went to talk to someone" about whatever we discussed. They also gave me a fair price on my trade (only a few hundred less than the KBB trade in value). They give you a sheet showing the cost, the discounts, etc. and it is all very clearly labeled. You really cannot find a better price on cars than Fitzgerald. I paid for a new 2013 Sonata what I would have paid for a used 2010 Nissan Altima. And ultimately, I appreciated the straight-forwardness of the transaction. The Edmunds true market value for the car is $22,101 and their list price on the car I bought was $18,090. So, again, the price was great. If you go, be sure to ask for Sonna, especially if you are a woman. She'll treat you well. More

I began my search for a New Santa Fe via the internet on Friday, Dec 7th, after much on-line research and a visit to the Tampa Bay car show. Of 5 dealerships I contacted via the internet, Fitzgerald was th Friday, Dec 7th, after much on-line research and a visit to the Tampa Bay car show. Of 5 dealerships I contacted via the internet, Fitzgerald was the only one that provided the "internet quote" on my desired Santa Fe. They were quick in their response, whereas others were either very slow, or did not provide the promised quote. My internet contact, David Miller, communicated promptly and thoroughly with information that I requested and we set an appointment for Wednesday, 12/12. I had requested the opportunity to drive two different vehicles, and he had them both ready upon my arrival. He was very professional in his sales approach and spent much time with us as my wife had quite a difficult time making color choice. The purchasing negotiations were smooth and professional. My experience with Debbie Greene was also pleasant and professional. She explained all paperwork thoroughly and made her part in the buying experience very pleasant. More

It is true, "There is no way but the Fitz Way". My sales representative was Curt Parsons. He sold my better half her first new Hyundai Tuscon and I was so impressed that when the time came to buy My sales representative was Curt Parsons. Regarding the purchase of both cars (especially mine) the procedure was so easy, pleasant and efficient that it is beyond me why anyone would go to another dealership. There is no hassle of any sort. The price on the yellow sheet is the price. The appraisal process of a trade in is fast and the value quoted for the trade is a good fair price. I knew going in what my car should reasonably be worth and the offer I received was very, very close to my estimate. Mr. Fitzgerald has a great philosophy regarding selling cars and his employees have bought into it. In the case of Curt Parsons; to me he is epitome of what I would want as a salesperson, an employee and a friend. The man is 110% a believer and facilitator of "The Fitz Way". I can not speak highly enough about the way Curt handled our purchase and I will recommend Curt Parsons and Fitzerald Auto Mall to all my friends and acquaintences. The financial closing with Finance Manager Debbie Greene could not have gone smoother. She is another believer in "The Fitz Way" and definitely made everything simple, easy and pleasant. These two employees Curt Parsons and Debbie Greene should be recognized for their work ethic, dedication to the customer and both had nothing but the highest praise for Mr. Fitzgerald. They are the employees that every business owner dreams of. More

I went here looking for the best vehicle for me and my price range. I saw a few cars I was interested in but was talked out of for one reason or another. In between the religious jokes, I test drove a couple cars out of my price range thanks to Mike. As I was driving off the lot a problem arose with the vehicle I bought. As they attempted to repair the problem they ended up devaluing my vehicle with no amends to be made. I was told to speak with the director Lane Campbell so he could make it right and do it " the Fitz way", but he didnt make much effort to help the situation. I feel he didnt treat me the way the customer should be treated. I will never deal with or recommend the Used car department at Hyundai because of the bad experience. More
