I flew over to Clearwater from West Pam Beach because of the Fitzway of selling cars. Gary picked me up from the airport. That is what I call super service!! After Gary and I arrived at the dealership, the Sales Manager came over to me right away and welcomed me to the dealership. The finance person, Debbie, was tremendous in getting all my paperwork done expediently. Debbie was fun and has a superior work ethic. I went online check out the car that I really want it, apply for credit thru their own site (really easy btw), then they followed up with an email and worked out the last details thru text with Kale. I took an hour an a half drive to Clearwater and believe it or not, 40 minutes after I was driving back with my beautiful White Sonata SE. Can't get any better than that!! I only had to briefly explain the options/features/benefits that I was looking for in a car and she quickly began showing me some selections. This dealership clearly works as a team (not your stereotypical "high pressure sales personnel"), but quite the contrary. They did not have the exact auto that suited all of my criteria on their lot, therefore, another sales associate diligently began a dealer search while Sonna and I continued to work together. My dream car was located and available to me within a day and a half. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Sonna to all of my family, friends and colleagues.
