I am sorry I do not remember the gentleman's name that helped sign the loan paperwork but he too was very friendly and professional. Over all it hands down was the best car looking/buying experience I have ever had and will and I have already told my friends and co-workers about Fitzgerald's. When we arrived at the dealership, we asked for Joe Sullivan, and within a minute or so we were seated at his desk. We told him our basic needs in a new automobile and he found one we thought fit in a Sullivan, and within a minute or so we were seated at his desk. He had an appraisal on the trade-in in a matter of minutes after that and drew up a work sheet of the amounts needed. He was able to have our credit ratings checked immediately and we asked him to order the car. The following day he called and said we could pick up the car the next day. This gave us our new car in less than 48 hours which was perfect with us. When we went to pick up the car the financial arrangements were completed in a very short time with Debbie Greene, who was very efficient. The car was spotless and beautiful. It is easy to drive and quite comfortable. We will certainly recommend Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai to our friends and relatives. More
