I started the car buying process by emailing multiple dealerships for information, and right away this dealership proved to be better than the rest. While most internet managers sent me generic automated dealerships for information, and right away this dealership proved to be better than the rest. While most internet managers sent me generic automated responses that only tried to get me to come into the dealership asap, Mike Enix took the time to answer all of my questions, provide suggestions, and never once tried to pressure me. I described exactly what I wanted, and Mike hunted it down then held it aside for me. Not only that, but as a posted-price dealership I didn't have to worry about haggling with a sleazy car salesmen (the posted price was well under what the other dealerships were asking for, too!). All in all, this experience couldn't have been better. Will definitely return. More

It was very hard to get one and Fitzgerald Auto Mall did it (very special thanks to Gordon Hatch – he was the one of taking special care to have this car available for us as soon as possible). The salesman Gary that recieved my email promply contacted me. I requested that he call me because I was at work. not only was his call prompt but he actually pronounced my name correctly!! I am sorry I do not remember the gentleman's name that helped sign the loan paperwork but he too was very friendly and professional. When we arrived at the dealership, we asked for Joe Sullivan, and within a minute or so we were seated at his desk. We told him our basic needs in a new automobile and he found one we thought fit in a Sullivan, and within a minute or so we were seated at his desk. He had an appraisal on the trade-in in a matter of minutes after that and drew up a work sheet of the amounts needed. He was able to have our credit ratings checked immediately and we asked him to order the car. The following day he called and said we could pick up the car the next day. This gave us our new car in less than 48 hours which was perfect with us. When we went to pick up the car the financial arrangements were completed in a very short time with Debbie Greene, who was very efficient. The car was spotless and beautiful. It is easy to drive and quite comfortable. We will certainly recommend Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai to our friends and relatives. More
