Alvin Klasi did a great job reviewing the financing with me, and the gentleman who first answered my questions when I entered the sales area (I wish I remembered his name) was the one person who got me "hooked" by his product knowledge and convinced me to stay, take a test drive, and talk to a salesman. Don't buy a car late in the day I was not shown how to work the car at all - shown the door and they locked up behind me. The dealership closes at 6pm on Saturdays and boy was every I was not shown how to work the car at all - shown the door and they locked up behind me. The dealership closes at 6pm on Saturdays and boy was everyone ready to go. They all stood around with their belongings (including my sales person) waiting to be done with me so they could leave. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life - what a terrible experience for someone who went through all the trouble of setting up a sales appointment at 4pm. Maybe they shouldn't make appointments late in the day if everyone is so excited to go home on time. More
