Don't buy a car late in the day I was not shown how to work the car at all - shown the door and they locked up behind me. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life - what a terrible experience for someone who went through all the trouble of setting up a sales appointment at 4pm. Maybe they shouldn't make appointments late in the day if everyone is so excited to go home on time. More
