The FitzWay -- What a Difference! I had been to 5 other Clearwater car dealerships trying to figure out what kind of car I wanted buy to replace my Focus and was never given an 'out th I had been to 5 other Clearwater car dealerships trying to figure out what kind of car I wanted buy to replace my Focus and was never given an 'out the door' price by anyone, even after they told me they'd email it to me. I was so discouraged. My final stop was at Fitzgerald's Hyundai because I wanted to check out the Elantra and the Accent before making a final decision on what kind of car I wanted (then try to figure out where/how to buy it!). I admit that I arrived in a totally defensive mode, after all I had been through at the other dealerships. I connected with Jorge Fadhel and was completely taken off guard by his low key approach -- no pressure; no games; just a really nice guy who was willing and able to answer all of my questions. After listening to what I was looking for, he pulled 2 cars around for me to test drive, and then provided a written 'out the door' price on both. What a difference! There was no question in my mind that I would be buying my car from Jorge at Fitzgerald's. I didn't buy it on the spot and still no pressure; I called later that day to tell him that I wanted the Accent and Jorge made the next steps quick and easy. I guess they really mean that 'the Fitzway' is a different car buying experience -- would recommend them (and Jorge) to anyone interested in a Hyundai. More

The very first time I went I was dreading having to deal with the salesmen because previous visits to other places weren't the most pleasant. However, at Fitzgerald's the staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel quite comfortable during the purchases. There's also free donuts and coffee in the lounge, which is a bonus.
