He also took into consideration all the things I said I was looking for (wants & needs) and found them all in the 1st car he had me look at. I love my Sante Fe. It had been a long time since I purchased a car and the experience was not a good one previously. I remembered the haggling & promises -ugh - horrible. Maurice never disappeared during the process and made me feel comfortable about my choice. Lenny in Finance was equally as professional! He explained all the options but at no time did I feel pressured or obligated to purchase any additional feature. He made the financial paperwork quick & understandable. I couldn't be more thrilled to recommend Fitz Auto Mall & Maurice to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

Outstanding Sales Personnel We were not really in the market for a new car. We took our 2008 Santa Fe in to get some routine maintenance. They showed us the incredible amount of rust under the vehicle and explained that it was no longer safe to drive. With strong reservations about obtaining a new vehicle at this time, we sat down with a salesman "Kale" and went to work figuring out what our best plan of action would be. He was knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient with us! Kale did an outstanding job and made an unpleasant situation tolerable. We love our new car! More
