I initially spoke with Robert White a specific vehicle, Robert said it was in stock so I set up a appointment with him the following day. I was greeted promptly and directed to Robert. I looked at the vehicle and went for a test drive. Upon returning to the dealership I had very specific questions about pricing, add on and dealer fees. Robert answered everything. I did not purchase the vehicle that day because I wanted to do a little more research and check insurance rates. I told Robert that I would be in touch. He thanked me for coming in. The following day I returned to purchase vehicle, Robert was not in so I worked with his partner David Warner. I was greeted promptly and directed to David. We went for another test drive before I made a purchase offer. David was very informative about all aspects of the vehicle. We sat down to purchase the vehicle and everything was as Robert stated the day before.I never felt pressured to purchase vehicle or any thing else. I purchased the vehicle and extended warranty. I could not be happier about my buying experience. I will definitely recommend Fitzgerald Hyundai ,David Warner and Robert White to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. More
