I started the car buying process by emailing multiple dealerships for information, and right away this dealership proved to be better than the rest. While most internet managers sent me generic automated dealerships for information, and right away this dealership proved to be better than the rest. While most internet managers sent me generic automated responses that only tried to get me to come into the dealership asap, Mike Enix took the time to answer all of my questions, provide suggestions, and never once tried to pressure me. I described exactly what I wanted, and Mike hunted it down then held it aside for me. Not only that, but as a posted-price dealership I didn't have to worry about haggling with a sleazy car salesmen (the posted price was well under what the other dealerships were asking for, too!). All in all, this experience couldn't have been better. Will definitely return. More

Vesloster that my wife and I purchased was exceptional as well (very rare – WHITE exterior, RED interior, MANUAL, Style and Tech packages). It was very hard to get one and Fitzgerald Auto Mall did it (very special thanks to Gordon Hatch – he was the one of taking special care to have this car available for us as soon as possible). The salesman Gary that recieved my email promply contacted me. I requested that he call me because I was at work. not only was his call prompt but he actually pronounced my name correctly!! He was courteous and knowledgable regarding the car we were interested in. The Sales Manager, Howard Glickman even checked on us and introduced himself to us. I am sorry I do not remember the gentleman's name that helped sign the loan paperwork but he too was very friendly and professional. Over all it hands down was the best car looking/buying experience I have ever had and will and I have already told my friends and co-workers about Fitzgerald's. There is a possibility that my husband and my self will need a second vehicle and Fitz's will be the first place we look! More
