When we arrived at the dealership, we asked for Joe Sullivan, and within a minute or so we were seated at his desk. We told him our basic needs in a new automobile and he found one we thought fit in a Sullivan, and within a minute or so we were seated at his desk. He had an appraisal on the trade-in in a matter of minutes after that and drew up a work sheet of the amounts needed. He was able to have our credit ratings checked immediately and we asked him to order the car. The following day he called and said we could pick up the car the next day. This gave us our new car in less than 48 hours which was perfect with us. When we went to pick up the car the financial arrangements were completed in a very short time with Debbie Greene, who was very efficient. The car was spotless and beautiful. It is easy to drive and quite comfortable. We will certainly recommend Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai to our friends and relatives. More

Honesty is something I've never expected from a salesman but Gary kept me informed without being pushy, always followed though with what he promised and never over promised me anything he did not deliver me. When I picked up my car, the paper work and financing was handled professionally and then the service department did a great job in a timely manner of completely some extra things I had done to the car. I tried buying my new Veloster in Atlanta, GA where I live but was given a complete run around. I started looking on the Internet, sent a request to Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai(I sent other requests as well), Gary responded immediately (it was 10-15 days later before I heard from any other dealership), he told me he could get the exact car I wanted and when I could have it, and he delived the car 1 week earlier then expected.
