Both of them were excellent and very helpful in discussing what I needed in order to be comfortable finishing a sale. Unfortunately, the APR options offered were not very good at all, so I went with external financing, but I still think the financing experience was "Very Good" because there was no nonsense as far as I can tell. That's really most of what I'm looking for in a car buying experience -- no outright lies and no funny business as a starting point, and only after that do we get down to price and financing discussions. I will look here first the next time I need to buy a car. More
