When I moved to the Clearwater FL area 7 years ago, I needed a dealership that could help me take care of my 2017 Subaru Forester. After checking out Fitzgerald Subaru, I immediately found the perfect one! A few years later I decided on a new Subaru. Sara Coveny was the first person I saw when I came in. She is so friendly, so knowledgeable, never overly assertive, but she is so knowledge about Subaru, as well as understanding customers. I couldn’t find a car I wanted, so we sat down and talked about what I wanted….so she ordered a 2022 Subaru Limited for me! Got it, loved it and drove it til I had an incident driving thru my door to my house in the garage! Strangely my car was considered totaled!! Sara was wonderfully helpful, taking me to pick up my rental car. Once I receive the insurance check, Sara and I worked together to find the perfect Subaru for me. After I decided on a 2026 ForesterI loved, there was a recall! Sara, as always was on the spot and finding another Subaru Forester identical to the one I wanted. This time…no recall! Sara Coveny is simply exceptional at what she does…but her kindness to go the extra mile, makes her one of a kind. She even helped me get my rental returned so I could get my car in my hands! As long as I’m driving and purchasing Subaru’s she will always be my sales”person” When I’m in for service, I always stop to see if she’s working. And I’ve received two magnolia trees (different times!) Everyone at the dealership has been extremely friendly and helpful. As nice and kind Sara is to me, I have no doubt all her customers receive the same Subaru excellence! But Sara always adds an extra element of kindness. More
