However, what seemed like the experience we have known to love and enjoy -- left a sour taste in our mouth. Nancy Wilkes was not just rude but undermined my parents because they were asking questions or providing additional information at the time of purchase. I was there in person witnessing the whole situation and I have never seen anyone who is purchasing a brand a new car treated this way or get shut when asked questions. Her condescending responses seem to indicate the behavior that she was talking to someone uneducated -- where in fact both my parents have graduate level degrees (PHD and Masters). I was so frustrated with her behavior that I actually told my parents to buy none of the add-on sales she was trying to make -- really you are going to try and sell more after being rude to me??? Where did you get your customer service training??? More
I checked several dealership trying to buy a new car and trade in my old one. I was extremely tired and my goal was not only to have the best deal moneywise but make sure that I would receive a quality of c trade in my old one. I had a better deal somewhere else but the way Khy Tilton and his people treated us was a game changer and I bought my new car here. I treally appreciate how Chris helped me and my wife. She had a medical procedure and was not feeling well. I asked Khy if he could take my wife home while I commplete the paperwork. Khy said yes and asked Chris if he could drive her home. Chris immediately agreed even it is not part of his job. Olga was very instrumental in preparation of our paperwork. Sheexplained us how the car's systems work and demonstrated all its new fatures. In the end Marcus very professionally prepared our financial papers and completed our sale. Great experience. Job well done. More
Judith was extremely pleasant on the phone when I made the appointment and the same when I met her the next morning. On my last visit months ago, it was recommended that I get rear brakes and pads, powe the appointment and the same when I met her the next morning. On my last visit months ago, it was recommended that I get rear brakes and pads, power steering fluid change, and transmission/brake fluid changes. Since the total for all these services was very high, she recommended that I get the power steering fluid change later. She also gave me a discount when I did not have a paper coupon. Why is it that when you purchase a used car from Fitz Mall in Gaithersburg ,you have to bring it back the next day for repairs ? This is bull crap !! I don't feel that I will be a returning customer in the future after purchasing ( 2 ) vehicles from Fitzmall in Gaithersburg and had to bring them both back for repairs . We were happy with the Service dept., but not with the sales department and that is why I am giving the review that I did. Our salesperson was very disorganized and did not really go over details of the car, we had to continue to ask him how things worked. He seemed more concerned with just getting the deal done and moving on to things he had to do. He did set up the Bluetooth, but I had questions and needed help with the radio, but he said just read the brochure and figure it out ourselves. The service dept. (Mike Smith in particular) really helped me with the radio and additional phone questions. Unfortunately, our new car had to have exhaust work done on it before we even really drove it. Alex Clothier and Mike the technician were very helpful and seem to have taken care of everything. We will see! More
