Waited 3 hours for a scheduled oil change, after being given a 1 hour estimate. Wasting customers time is not a priority. I recommend planning on dropping the car off for the entire day if you decide to go there. I have no problems with their service and price but the 0 rating is deserved based on how long it took, being this was scheduled 2 days ahead of time! More
I first worked with Harry Dayal. It was an absolute wonderful experience. He answered all my question, was polite and friendly and made me feel he was truly interested in listening to my needs and help wonderful experience. I had been to two other Toyota dealers before coming to Fitzgeralds and walked out because I felt pressured to make decisions and buy things I was not interested in. That was not my experience with Harry and because he exhibited much patience and no pushiness, it made me want to do business with this dealer. I met with Harry on Tuesday and told him I wanted to think things over and that I would get back with him on Wednesday. He said that was fine. The more I thought about our conversation, the more I thought I am ready to buy the car we discussed. When I called on Wed. he told me he was not in that day, but would be happy to come in and meet me or he would arrange for me to meet with Neeha Bhasin. I chose not to make him come in and agreed to meet with Neeha. Meeting with Neeha was an absolute joyful experience. She was extremely helpful in every aspect of helping me complete the process, financing, drove me to return my rental car, made sure my car was cleaned and ready for me and in my opinion did everything above and beyond what good customer service is supposed to be about. My experience here was excellent and because of that, I will share it with others who I know are looking to buy new or used cars. If all the staff are like Harry and Neeha, I certainly understand why this dealership is so successful. Thank you for a wonderful experience for something which could have been extremely stressful! She was very accommodating, and worked closely with me, to get the 4Runner I purchased with the options I wanted, and relatively close to the price I could afford for the 4Runner. She did not control the pricing, the sales manager's control and set the final price, so the "4" on pricing has no reflection on Catlin. I'd would have given her a "5" if the sales manager had met my price. I would highly recommend others to ask for Catlin. She will work with you. I've bought many cars from Fitzgeralds, and Catlin is one of the best sales persons I have worked with. Catlin did an Excellent Job and I am satisfied. More

However, what seemed like the experience we have known to love and enjoy -- left a sour taste in our mouth. Nancy Wilkes was not just rude but undermined my parents because they were asking questions or providing additional information at the time of purchase. I was there in person witnessing the whole situation and I have never seen anyone who is purchasing a brand a new car treated this way or get shut when asked questions. Her condescending responses seem to indicate the behavior that she was talking to someone uneducated -- where in fact both my parents have graduate level degrees (PHD and Masters). I was so frustrated with her behavior that I actually told my parents to buy none of the add-on sales she was trying to make -- really you are going to try and sell more after being rude to me??? Where did you get your customer service training??? More
