First, Mr. Dayal was great. However, the Finance manager did the paperwork on wrong car. Next day they called to say need to sign new paperwork. They came with new contract but with a wrong date and said ei did the paperwork on wrong car. Next day they called to say need to sign new paperwork. They came with new contract but with a wrong date and said either sign it or return the car. No mention of the money given to them. Mr. Dayal finally got it done right the next day. They did not once say it all their fault and they are sorry. More

I had a good experience purchasing a new Toyota Camry LE at Fitzgerald. I did not feel pressured - it was a no haggle experience. I paid a fair price that was comparable to other dealers in the area. Salesperson Olga showed me the features of the new car, helped me setup Bluetooth pairing between the new vehicle and my cell phone. My vehicle was delivered in beautiful spotless condition. I was impressed with the computer spreadsheet where all the numbers about the deal can be viewed on a single screen on Olga's computer. This includes new car pricing, rebates, financing, trade-in, taxes, tags. All the numbers looked as I expected which was very reassuring. The program allows to select the best rebate/financing combination and shows the amount financed and monthly payment. Olga knew the numbers of the deal and made sure my new car was spotless. I would recommend her to new Toyota buyers. More

Pricing was good but the key was that the sales staff are not paid by commission. Another Toyota dealer in Virginia was not focused on the customer and the sales person there tried to maximize their commiss not paid by commission. Another Toyota dealer in Virginia was not focused on the customer and the sales person there tried to maximize their commission at the expense of the customer(me) We walked away!!. At Fitzgerald Toyota it is different!!!! The sales person is keen to sell and get you the best car to meet your need. The prices are as advertised and no haggling is required. The trade in deal is a separate deal and the price offered is good whether you buy from Fitz or not. I will buy there again and I have told everyone I know what a good deal and great treatment I got at Fitzgerald Toyota and what a crook, in my opinion, the VA dealer is. More
