I've purchased a few cars before but this was the best experience that I've had. Originally was trying to buy a used car but changed the mind once I saw the new car. During the whole process Dilia was very patient and never tried to persuade me to buy one or the other. These days when you go to a dealer they like to let you wait 20-30 minutes when you ask for anything because they're "talking to the sales manager." Then you're lucky to even get a call back if you decide to wait a day. I did not have to put up with any of that at Fitzmall. Very quick responses from the sales manager. My wife regretted to buy such a expensive model and we called the manager to cancel the contract the next day and they did it for us! I believe no other dealer is willing to do this. Eventually I persuaded my wife to buy it because you really should buy it from one who is willing to take the car back even after the contract has been signed! Based on my experience, they've earned the reputation that you can find over the internet. The finance person I worked with was great also. Answered my questions, didn't try to sell me anything. Buying a car takes a while but my experience here was very pleasant and I would recommend Dilia and Fitzmall to friends and family. It's not very often for me to write a good review but I feel I was morally obligated to do so after working with them. More

I go back to the dealership time and again because of the service delivered by Patrick. In 7 years, I've seriously waited in line to work with Patrick and he's always looked out for me. When it was time for a change of tires, my do-it-yourself friend was horrified that I'd gone to my dealer to get my tires changed. I showed him my receipt and he went back and did his research. Eventually, he came back a little chagrined. "Yup," he said. "They really do take care of you." He couldn't have found my replacement tires and done the work himself for any cheaper than the service I got through Patrick. Granted, I've only ever worked with Patrick, but I've always found Fitzpatrick to be reasonable, responsive, and fair. More
