We were seeking to replace our leased 2011 Hyundai Sonata, and Robert Hess and Dan McCarthy both worked with us to find a good fit. Rob worked with me through a series of emails to find out what we were looking for. Although Hyundai no longer offers a GLS model with navigation and premium audio, which our 2011 model had, Rob was able to find a 2013 Sonata Limited with all the features we wanted (and several we didn't really have on our list of "must-haves") and at a lease price that was very reasonable. These two representatives did not stop until we had found the car we finally leased, and Dan took us through the leasing process on Saturday morning in fewer than two hours. We love our new Sonata and appreciate the fine attention we got from Rob and Dan. If they are still with Fitzgerald Hyundai in three years, they will definitely see us again! More

I have been going to Fitz for about 6 years now and have nothing but good things to say about the service department. I would say that after all this time, I am impressed with everyone, however Steve Winkl nothing but good things to say about the service department. I would say that after all this time, I am impressed with everyone, however Steve Winkler is the stand-out person that has been my family's "go-to-guy" for everything from repairs, simple maintenance, and just to get a general opinion. There are so many good things to say it is hard to know where to start. I guess to boil it down, the most important issue is basic business: I get quality work for a reasonable price and, maybe as importantly, I do not get what I don't want/need and get subtle bills/inflated tag-along services! I can go on travel and know that if my wife runs into a problem, she can get to Fitz and Steve, Pat Nugent, the others on the team will take care of what our vehicle(s) need done and not have to worry about being overcharged and unnecessary work. After all this time, from the folks that start our work order, to the mechanics we don't see, to the ladies at the check-out who handle our bills, to the guys outside the door handling all the hustle and bustle in all weather, it is almost more of a family to me than just simple service. In my opinion, they even go out of their way to try to get me a good deal on whatever I need. As long as we are in the area, I will not go anywhere else. Many thanks; very much appreciated! More
