We have dealt with Fitzgerald Auto Malls before, and our experience brought us back. Everyone we talked with was friendly and informative. If we asked a question that Chris Collins, our sales associate, cou experience brought us back. Everyone we talked with was friendly and informative. If we asked a question that Chris Collins, our sales associate, could not answer immediately (and there were very few in that category) he found an associate or a manager who did know the answer. Chris answered our questions fully and honestly and was quite helpful in going over the details and operation of the vehicle we were looking at. During our test drive, Chris continued to show us vehicle features and discuss them in a way that enhanced the test drive. After the test drive, back at the dealership, Chris sat in the vehicle with us and demonstrated a number of features with which we were not familiar. He was patient in answering all of our queries and quite thorough. He handled the paperwork portion of the transaction smoothly. While we waited for the vehicle to be prepped for delivery, he stayed with us (even though we assured him he did not have to do that, especially if he had other customers to assist). But he did stick with us, and we had a good, enjoyable conversation; he answered more of our questions, and we talked about a number of things unrelated to the car business. Once our vehicle was ready, Chris went through the "check-out procedure," answered more questions and even synched our cell phones to Bluetooth. Frankly, we don't know what more Chris could have done to make our expereience better than it was. We bought the vehicle, and we're very happy with it. Chris did a great job! Santos Mieses, the businesss manager, who completed out transaction, was friendly, informative, honest and helpful. He went through the paperwork quickly and efficiently and did a good job of explaining what our options were. This part of an auto purchase sometimes can be stressful, and Santos surely made it less so. He, too, did a terrific job! More

Upon entering the dealership, myself and family had to go to the dealer desk in order to get helped. This is ok but several employees walking around never even had the courtesy to say hello. Upon being assigned a salesperson, Frances Bezila, the process went pretty well. Frances is relatively new, however, she listened to what we were interested in, answered our questions and gave us her full attention quickly and cheerfully. She was honest about being new and indicated if she didn't know an answer she would get it for us. The manager was less appealing. Not because we didn't get our way when asking if there was any room for price negotiation but because I felt he had a tone which indicated he was "handling" us like he has propbably done, so many times before, with others. This to me was slightly demeaning. After choosing a vehicle, the paperwork process was easy and quick enough. The finance manager knew his job well and was quick and clear with all the paperwork. Frances remained attentive the entire time and I would highly recommend her to anyone ready to purchase a new Hyundai. More

He gave us his undivided attention during the process, made sure we were happy with our purchase and even bought my growing son lunch and made sure I had plenty of my favorite beverage- water.
