When I went in, a welcome employee told me about the car was only $500 rebate included in the Internet price which Toyota will give $500 more if I don't finance (I should have it in writing.) By the time signing the contract, I noticed that $500.00 was not given into the price even I did not finance. The contract person just treated the price with $1000.00 rebate already. Well, I have to say the sales person, yadolah najafi, was nice and handle everything professionally. However, whatever the price other people say, should have everything in writing. At the end, even I am not happy for not getting the $500. I am still happy with the Internet price. More

Within 24 hours we had an appointment with Caitlin to meet. When we met Caitlin we were impressed by her friendliness, enthusiasm, attention to detail and work ethic. There were several times during the day when Caitlin went out of her way to help us and make the experience go as quickly and efficiently as possible. Never once did she pressure us into anything or steer us in another direction. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted and Caitlin made it happen. In addition we were also impressed by the entire Lakeforest team. Every interaction we had with them was professional and courteous. We now have three Toyota vehicles from the Fitzgerald Lakeforest dealership and will be happy to give them our business again. More
I took my 2004 4 runner in for regular oil change.Dropped it off at 3 to pick it up the next day. Got a call at 5 to tell me that durning the inspection they found the cz boots leaking. Saturday morning got a cal that a window had been left open part way over night outside. With the rain we had the interior was wet. They wanted to keep the car until all the work was done and they were able to dry the interior and detial it for free.I was given a loaner car free. With 123k all of the service has been done here. I've never had any trouble. They made a mistake, admitted the mistake and made it right. When the next service is due I'll be back More

I have used this facility since 2005 for maintenance/repairs to my 05 Matrix and have been very satisfied. Recently while in for routine maintenance the shop had a minor accident with my ca maintenance/repairs to my 05 Matrix and have been very satisfied. Recently while in for routine maintenance the shop had a minor accident with my car that caused some damage to the undercarriage. The service manager, Ed McCurry, accepted complete responsibility without question and repaired the car without cost to me. Ed was extremely helpful, offered a loner car (which I did not need) and even detailed the car in addition to completing the repairs. The car looks better than it did in 2005.
