I've bought two cars through Lake Forrest the first time was through Chris Collins and the second was through both Chris Collins and Augustine. Both times I was given the best service and no run around. They answered any questions directly with no run around and even went out of their way to get me more information than I asked for. While the car was being prepped and inspected, They were keen on keeping me informed of what was done and what still needed to be done. After the sale was made, They both have both checked up on me, asking how my cars were doing and if there was anything they could do. There was an issue from the service department when the car was detailed when I picked up the second car and Augustine got it taken care of immediately. There once again was no hassle and they made everything good and honored the repair that was needed. Not only did they do a great job but so did the management with getting things expedited. I seriously would recommend them to anyone and plan on using them in the future. I got nothing but the best. More

My experience began with a cold call to the dealership after searching on-line for the best deal on a 2013 Prius. Caitlin answered the phone and was easy to speak with from the start. I could tell she was a young, attractive, professional from her demeanor. The dealership was very warm and welcoming and you could tell the employees enjoyed working there. They interacted like an extended family and were both fun and entertaining. For example, when we returned from our test drive, Caitlin’s co-workers thought it would be funny to wrap her desk in saran wrap. After all, it was April Fool’s Day. Caitlin was knowledgeable about all aspects of the Prius and was able to locate the car I wanted very quickly. Initially I wanted a white Prius, but was not willing to pay the “extra cost” color charge as it was about $1,500 extra. I settled on a silver Prius which was equally attractive. My boyfriend and I arrived at the dealership at 5pm and drove off the lot by 9:30pm. We accomplished a lot in that short time period: test drove the Prius, appraised my trade-in (a special thank you to Amir for appraising my trade so well) , performed a credit check, qualified me for a loan, verified insurance coverage, reviewed add-ons, warranty options and Prius features. I am sort of a “Toyota Groupie” as I have owned a MR2, Tundra Pick-up, Sequoia, Sienna and now the much sought after Hybrid Prius. I would love to be featured in a Toyota add one day as I LOVE my Toyotas!I would highly recommend the Lakeforest Toyota dealership and especially praise my Sales and Leasing Consultant, Caitlin Torrisi. This is the second Sienna I've purchased from this dealership and I live in CT. I traded in the 2010 model and upgraded to a 2013 with AWD to take advantage of Toyota's 0% financing. I was in a very depressed mood losing my car to an accident when I called Fitzgerald toyota, and spoke to Neeha Bhasin. She was so understanding and passionate about my situation. After telling her my ordeal she told me to come in and she would try her best to help me. Well after getting off the phone and checking my credit score I was told it would be nearly impossible for me to get a good car with a low monthly payment. So with that news I became even more depressed and decided not to go to Fitzgerald just to be let down. So I started looking at more realistic options like a very old used car ( low to mid 90's) and even that wasn't going so well. Then at the point I thought there was no hope my phone rang and it was Neeha, after explaining to her my credit score and how I can't afford to have a new car she told me to come in anyway and she will try her best! I figured I don't have nothing to lose so I went, and amazingly Neeha and a few of her colleagues really seemed just as determined as I was to get me out of my situation and back on the road. She was really great she, as well as co worker Harmeet really really did put alot of effort into my situation with needing a reliable car at a decent price after filling out the app Neeha and Harmeet managed to get me not only a car but a new car! A 2013 Toyota corolla!. I couldnt believe it the was so nice and patient with me I really enjoyed the focused and attention the staff gave me as well as manager Jamie. When I approached this dealership I was afraid and embarassed! I have had financial troubles with the recession that brought my credit score very low and I was in a car that my mechanic told me was d embarassed! They all greeted me with warm smiles and willingness to get me a safe car that I would be happy driving. Never once did I feel embarassed. They took my old car as a downpayment with a bit of cash I had in savings and put me in the exact car I wanted. There were some minor things that I asked if they could fix for me and without hesitation they eagerly said they would take care of me and promised I would leave happy. I will recommend this Team to all my friends. They care about their customers....beyond the "Fitzway"!!!! More

I appreciated that place especially after the horrible experience I had at Darcars 355 Toyota where the sales manager was very rude! Initially they offered me 19,500 on my trade in but I negotiated to bring up to 20,500 which was close enough to the KBB value for trade in, and higher than the 20,000 offered by carmax. The only thing was that they did not have the car with exact options I wanted in stock, so I had to wait for about 2 weeks to get the car. Initially they said it is going to take only less than a week, but a day later they apologized and said that it will take about 10 days more because of a big storm that was hitting the region and delaying the shipping of the car, and there was indeed a storm coming. When they received the car they informed me to take delivery, and they showed me how to use the high tech stuff in the car. They even installed my kids car seats and showed me how to make them tight. Also in the two weeks when I was waiting for the car, I told them that I received a quotation from another dealer that was cheaper than their price by 350 dollars, so they just matched the price for me. All the horror stories I've heard about dealerships were not an issue here. More
