Dan McCarthy, is a "Born salesman" in the truest sence of the 'moniker'! Just as we drove up & got out of our car he was pulling up with one of the staff & jumped out to comment on our licens truest sence of the 'moniker'! Just as we drove up & got out of our car he was pulling up with one of the staff & jumped out to comment on our license plate: "SRG ON" ! He had a good time with that one & a hearty greeting! We then went into the best car buying experience I've ever had!! I told him I needed a car with the most comfortable driver's seat, since I've had 4 lumbar spine operations & my Toyota Prius lets me feel every bump! He put me in the Sonata after I'd tried several brands eleswhere & I was fully convinced! My wife was with me the whole time & she liked him so well, & is such a good judge of character as well. He is friendly, honest, smart, knows his product, has a warm personality= "Born Salesman"!!! More

The processs was very efficient until it came time for the financial stuff because they only had one person from the department in at that time. But they were apoplogetic and pushed ours to be next, and we got out pretty quickly after that. More

I brought my Toyota Camry hybrid in for routine service. I was told by my service representative Ms. Riccio that the car also had a recall from Toyota to complete, and as a result the car might not be ready I was told by my service representative Ms. Riccio that the car also had a recall from Toyota to complete, and as a result the car might not be ready for a number of hours. Rather than have me wait longer than expected, she offered me a loaner car (at no charge through my service plan) and even helped me see which loaner cars were available so I could find one that was a little more "fun" to drive. As she has on several occasions in the past, Ms. Riccio treated me with tremendous courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism. (In fact, in the 7 years I've been bringing my car to Fitzgerald I've never had a bad experience with any of the service reps or other employees.) In this era when many people seem indifferent or unaware of excellent customer service, Ms. Riccio continues to represent Fitzgerald Toyota exceptionally well. I was sincerely most impressed. More
