As a first time customer, I was extremely impressed with my service. I must admit I was reluctent on coming into the dealership becasue I did not want to spend a lot of time being haggled and given the run my service. He was very patient with us which most dealers arent. This dealership did an excellent job from my first phone call (answered by a brand new employee named Tasos) to my final purchase of the car. My salesperson, Augustine, was friendly and knowledgeable about call (answered by a brand new employee named Tasos) to my final purchase of the car. My salesperson, Augustine, was friendly and knowledgeable about the used vehicles we looked at, even though he worked primarily on the new car side of the house. He knew the answers to most of my questions immediately but those he couldn't answer he found the answers to later in the day. I appreciated his professionalism and the fact that he didn't leave me throughout the process. We initially thought the vehicle I had my eye on may have been sold but he went the extra mile to check and we found it still available. The business manager, Renda Reed, also was a joy to work with. At the end of a very long and busy day she had more energy than anyone I have ever worked with on a vehicle purchase. I appreciated the staff at Fitzgerald and will definitely start with them the next time I need a car, new or used. More
