First, Mr. Dayal was great. However, the Finance manager did the paperwork on wrong car. Next day they called to say need to sign new paperwork. They came with new contract but with a wrong date and said ei did the paperwork on wrong car. Next day they called to say need to sign new paperwork. They came with new contract but with a wrong date and said either sign it or return the car. No mention of the money given to them. Mr. Dayal finally got it done right the next day. They did not once say it all their fault and they are sorry. More
