I went into Fitzgerald after another dealership tried to scam me. I was apprehensive about the whole car buying process as I'm entirely new to it but especially after my experience the previous day. The first night I was in, we weren't able to finance the car due to banks being closed. However, John made it a point to follow up with me the next day. I was in that afternoon and left with a car that matched all of the criteria I set forth. From finding the perfect car to ensuring I left with the best financing possible, John exceeded my expectations.
