This is my second purchase from the Fitzgerald Automotive Group within the last 6 months. The first was a new Toyota for me and this current purchase was for 2003 Hyundai for my teenage daughter. Both purchases proved to be very painless and over all I felt I got a very good deal in a very short period of time. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them in the future. They are a fixed sales price dealership. If you do your research before going, I think you'll find their pricing is very fair without the painful back and forth from other dealerships. The salesman who assisted me with this latest transaction is Dan McCarthy. He was very patient as I went through the car from top to bottom. When I did identify a slight mechanical problem he immediately got approval from the sales manager to repair the issue. I would recommend Dan as well. More
My wife and I were in the market for a mid-sized SUV, and ended up selecting the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. Initially, we were not expecting the Santa Fe to be a real contender for our purchase but after a test ended up selecting the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. Initially, we were not expecting the Santa Fe to be a real contender for our purchase but after a test drive this car became the #1 choice. Its quality and comfort surprised us, so off we went to start a deal. I contacted the Internet Sales department at Fitzgerald, and was hooked up with Thomas Barker. He was extremely prompt in his email responses, and was always very clear on pricing. He provided a complete breakdown (line by line) of the pricing on the car, and was willing to match pricing offered from the competition. In dealing with other internet departments, they were all very hesitant to provide such a detailed breakdown and would usually respond with, "when can you come in?" That's the whole beauty of Internet Sales, I DON'T WANT TO COME IN UNTIL I'M SIGNING PAPERWORK!! After receiving several quotes, I provided the lowest offered price to Thomas, and Fitzgerald matched it without hesitation. In addition, they offered a fair price on our "thoroughly loved" car, so that sealed the deal. While they did not have the exact model in stock my wife wanted, they promptly set out to reserve the next incoming model. We were initially expecting 2 weeks before delivery, and the car came in in 1 week! The paperwork and final steps were very laid back, and no real strong pressure on warranties, etc. We politely declined, and were on our way with our new car. We also interacted with Spencer Cummings (Sales Manager), who was very straight forward and polite. I have been around the car business my entire life as a result of my father's career, and I can honestly say I was never once was skeptical of what Spencer or Thomas was saying. They were very straight forward and honest, which is a rarity in most dealerships. Not once did I feel pressured to commit to a deal, or get the "this offer expires today" nonsense. I respect that greatly, and it made my wife and I very relaxed. I would highly recommend Fitzgerald Hyundai and specifically Thomas to any friend, family or acquaintance. As a matter of fact, family is how we came to Fitzgerald as my in-laws purchased 2 cars from them in the past 2 years. If you are looking for a dealership and staff to take the intimidation and stress out of car buying, look no further than Fitzgerald Hyundai. I had been considering a used car but decided to check on getting a new car just to see what kind of deal i could get. I used some website (cant remember) to get a quote over the internet. Andrew responded quickly and referred me to their website fitzmall.com to check out their inventory. I was surprised how low the prices were on the Sonatas (almost 4k below sticker) and suspected a catch (or 2 or 3 lol) but decided to go a check it out. In the end my drive out prices with tax and everything was $1500 below the sticker price. Hard to beat that. The advertised prices were legit but you had to finance through them to get the advertised price. That was fine with me since they gave me 2.9% for 60 months. Andrew is an upbeat young guy who knows the cars well. Easy to work with. After the purchase he gave me a thorough walk through to explain all of the car's features. When we were walking through the lot he mentioned that their prices go down the longer a car stays on the lot. I though this was odd and check their inventory a couple of days after my purchse. Sure enough the prices on the cars i was looking at were a little lower. All in all it couldn't have gone better for me. More
