So far my transaction with Fitzgerald Automall Lakeforest has been outstanding. Thomas Barker has been on top of communications and made me feel like I had five star service even though I was buying a used c has been outstanding. I ended up buying a much nicer car than what I initially came in to look at and Thomas was flexible and dependable throughout the transaction. He was even completely understanding when I changed my mind late in my shopping process to purchase the much nicer and more dependable vehicle for just a little bit more money. He offered onsite financing but never pressured me to try their financing since I had a credit union preapproval. I've shopped at other dealers and he definitely was the most attentive without making me feel like he was trying to make a sale. From the moment we first shook hands until now he has shown me honor, honesty and integrity. I'm looking forward to shopping with Thomas again next year when it's time to buy a used car for my younger daughter and will certainly come to Thomas first when I'm ready for a new car for myself.
