It was basically a no-haggle experience. When I wanted a car with a darker interior, they found one for me. I'm disappointed with Toyota that body side molding is no longer standard on a $25,000 car, but it give the dealer the opportunity to up-sell protection packages. Once you realize that you need to buy add-on longer standard on a $25,000 car, but it give the dealer the opportunity to up-sell protection packages. Once you realize that you need to buy add-ons just to get basic protection from parking lot dings, it's pretty easy to get sucked into the other stuff. I'm generally not happy that with extended warranties, my $25,000 car ended up costing me more than $30,000, but I suppose I just had to exercise better sales resistance, so I don't blame it on Fitzgerald. I am less enamored with Toyota, and their recent quality problems and constant recalls is what made me paranoid enough to fall for the extra protection and warranties. This may be the last time I decide upfront to buy Toyota without seriously considering and test driving alternatives. I've bought nothing but Toyotas since my 1983 Tercel (two Camrys, a RAV4, a Highlander Hybrid and now a Prius over nearly 30 years). But we'll likely consider our alternatives the next time. No real reflection on the dealer intended, though the extra $5,000 this car cost me isn't sitting so well, all things considered. More

Neil was the best salesperson I’ve met. He is extremely friendly and helpful. He is knowledgeable not only about the cars but also about inter-state business processing. He answered all my questions and responded to my phone call messages and emails promptly (even at nights and on Sunday!!). He picked us up at a greyhound station when we went to pick up the car. He followed up with us after the purchase to make sure everything was going well. This was a wonderful experience and I enjoyed the whole process.
