This was by far my most pleasurable experience I have had purchasing a new car. I was able to negotiate price, finance, and many other options through email and fax. As a women buyer, I did not feel pressure to close my deal nor did I receive the unwanted phone calls or emails. Thomas Barker was however very prompt to return my calls and assured me that the verbal contract we discussed would be the same as the paperwork he would produce when and if I wanted to finalize the purchase.When I chose to buy my new 21012 Sonata, the paper work was exactly as we discussed with no hidden fees or surprises. As an added bonus, Thomas was able to deliver the vechicle and financial papers to me so we could finalize them in the comfort of my home. This dealership and my salesperson offered honest and exceptional customer service and I would recommend it to anyone I know that is in the market for a new or used car.Best Regards, Kelly More

Great dealership. Very friendly staff. Marissa was especially attentive as I first started my car sale on-line so our communications were via email. The only thing I was a little surprised by from this dealership was that they don't do a check out list before you take the vehicle and they don't give you a full tank of gas. I bought my 10th car, a 2012 Prius III, from Neil in late July, 2012, and I am being absolutely honest when I say that this was the easiest, most low-pressure car purchase I've ever made. Before coming into July, 2012, and I am being absolutely honest when I say that this was the easiest, most low-pressure car purchase I've ever made. Before coming into the dealership, I told Neil that I wanted to, essentially, work the process backwards - figure out exactly what I could afford for a Prius package, and then decide from there. I filled out an online credit app, and when I came in a few hours later Neil had several write-ups available for me based on different packages and options. Neil was, truly, the best salesman I've worked with - and that's coming from someone whose own father was a car salesman years ago. ;) Erika Stowe was who I worked with in finance, and she was also fantastic. We went over a bunch of options, and she even got me a better deal on my extended warranty package by going with a non-standard F&I product over the Zurich products. Overall, this was the best experience I've had buying a car, and I'm very happy. Anyone I know who is looking to buy a Toyota in Montgomery County is going to get a fantastic referral to Neil, Erika, and Fitzgerald in general. More

Neil Xing made it easy for us to buy a Prius one Saturday recently. We went in just to test drive one, but we felt so comfortable with Neil's way of communicating with us--anticipating our concerns and quest recently. It was basically a no-haggle experience. When I wanted a car with a darker interior, they found one for me. My credit union gave me a better loan and I went with them and I did not feel pressured about thi car with a darker interior, they found one for me.
