I had the fortune (or perhaps misfortune) to by two Hyundai Sonatas within a year’s time. The first was a miserable experience, but the 2nd (with Fitzgerald Hyundai) could not have gone smoother! Having had a bad experience with a dealer that shall go unnamed (I believe they are in “College Park” ), I kept waiting for something to go wrong with Fitzgerald, but it didn’t. I was treated very well, and there was absolutely no surprises! My Ex (another story in itself) loves her Sonata much better than the 1st, and we are so happy that if she ever needs to can have it serviced just around the corner. We even got a far better deal (and I can prove it), and no mandatory dealer installed options (I mean are we idiots) this time. So, my hats off to GM Danny Rosenfeld, our sales agent Author Hamet, and Archie who went over every inch of the car with us, Brenda who did the paperwork, and of course Sponsor who helped with the coordination. I hope I don’t need another car for a while again, but if I do, and it’s a Hyundai, it does not matter that I now live in Virginia, I’m trekking back to MD to see them at Fitzgerald! More
