I brought my new Camry this memorial day weekend and the whole process is pretty painless . I negotiated over the email and happy with e price paid. All departments people felt straightforward and honest .neil was honest and nice to work with. It was an extremely busy day and he tried his best to quicken the process but still took long time because of the amount of crowd. I absolutely would recommend this dealership and Neil as sales guy and would buy my next car here again. More

This is my 2nd visit for the same problem. I was told my car was getting worked on but in reality they had not started. I was told it was road tested and the problem had been found but none of that had ha car was getting worked on but in reality they had not started. I was told it was road tested and the problem had been found but none of that had happened either. The first time they told me that it was a 2011 problem and not a 2012 problem and that I would have to bring it back and road test it with someone. I informed them at the time when I made appointment and when I checked in. The first visit they kept car for day with no results. This time it took 2 hours and they once again told me it was a 2011 problem. It took me having to get upset in order for someone to go out on the road with me and take care of the problem. More

The whole process of finding and purchasing a car was very no pressure and MUCH better than my experience with most all of the ot very knowledgeable. I worked with Lisa Lam while negotiating for a new Prius. I had emailed Fitzgerald and Lisa replied. I also emailed many local dealers to see who had what I wanted and would offer the best price. Lisa was on I had emailed Fitzgerald and Lisa replied. I also emailed many local dealers to see who had what I wanted and would offer the best price. Lisa was one of several who were friendly, honest, and working to earn my business. She was not pushy but kept in touch with me. In the end I chose a dealer who was closer to my location but it was a tough choice because it came down to Lisa and another dealership. Lisa worked hard as did some others. Although I ended up not buying from her, I highly recommend Lisa at Fitzgerald as a sales person for her honesty, candor, and friendliness. If you are in her area I recommend you contact Lisa Lam! Neil was wonderful. After visiting several dealerships, the Fitzgerald dealership was by far our best experience. We didn't feel any pressure to buy, but we were more than satisfied with our purchase. Neil the Fitzgerald dealership was by far our best experience. Sharon let the car sell itself. She was knowledgeable and could answer questions accurately, but was never pushy or in my face.
