On March 9th my husband and I purchased a Prius V from Neal Xing. Neal answered my initial email inquiring about purchasing the Prius V from Fitzgerald's a few days earlier. From that first contact, he was extremely helpful and exhibited a friendly, courteous demeanor. When we went in to test drive the car, it was detailed and ready for us, and Neal proved to be an excellent "tour guide" when we hit the road. Having never driven a Prius before, we were a bit apprehensive, but he was very reassuring! Back at the dealership, he helped get us started on the purchase of our new car, having already had our current vehicle checked out and the trade-in price calculated. We had previously secured financing from our credit union, but Neal asked about the interest rate and terms, and then introduced us to business manager Khy Tilton, who not only got us a better rate, but better terms as well. Even though it was a Friday night, neither Neal nor Khy rushed us in any way, and without their patience and excellent customer service, we might not be the proud owners of a Prius V right now! We planned on buying from Fitzgerald's, because our Subaru Forester (10 years old!) had been purchased there and we have had nothing but good experiences on the service end of things over the years. We were happy to keep things in the Fitzgerald's family with this new purchase and look forward to many more years as satisfied customers. There really is no better way than the Fitz way! Today I bought a set of tires and again everything went smoothly. I was particularly impressed with my service advisor, Judith Riccio. She was highly responsive, efficient, accurate, and well spoken. She offered guidance on selecting the correct tire for my car and budget. I felt that she was really on top of everything including meeting my schedule and keeping in touch with me. Not one glitch. 100% professional. Over the past 40 yeas I have owned BMWs, Acuras, and VWs. No dealer has ever been as good as Fitzgerald’s. No hassle, no waiting for a loner, no suspicious quotes, no questionable work. More

They are free to urge you to pick the car you are most happy with. Also, the dealer does a good job at starting their quote below the retail price. More

I have worked almost exclusively with Pat Nugent over the course of this timeframe and feel like Pat has become a trusted part of our family. Not only is Pat knowledgable, but extremely trusworthy..he never sells service that isn't needed and is exceptionally fair; he treats his clients with respect. While a lot of people "sweat" the service experience, when I bring my car in for service, I know I'm in good hands with Pat and leave knowing the right work is done right the first time. More

The customer service and price were absolutely exceptional. Jamie was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to deal with. I had to fly to Baltimore to pick up the car, but Jamie met me at the airport and we closed the deal there. As a female customer, it has been very difficult to avoid encounters that perpetuate auto dealer stereotypes. However, my experiences at Fitzgerald have greatly improved since I have had the opportunity o encounters that perpetuate auto dealer stereotypes. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain service problems and the required repairs in language I understand. Over the past 30 years, experiences with servicing my vehicles at any delership have been very frustrating - ignoring my concerns, performing service repairs prematurely, unexplained charges. As a result, I have preferred to use an independent repair shop. Now, I do not hesitate to call Fitzgerald with service issues. The price is usually fair- she reminds me about the specials offers and coupons (I don't have to remind her!). In addition, I have found the rest of the service staff to be extremely courteous and friendly. More
I bought my 2003 Toyota Corolla from Fitzgerald's Lakeforest Mall in 2002 and have had my car serviced there since then. He is always most helpful and friendly and advises me as to what my car needs and when it is needed and the cost. In addition, when I was at Fitzgerald's yesterday he went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with a problem with my trunk. The problem was that my key had broken off in my trunk lock. Dan personally tried to remove the broken piece and he successed. In addition, he was kind enough to not charge me for it. I was very appreciative that I did not need to buy a new lock. Dan could have just told me that I needed a new trunk lock instead of trying to solve the problem himself. Someone less dedicated might have done so. In my opinion, Dan is an outstanding service advisor and I just wanted to commend him for his outstanding assistance. In addition, I think that your loaner car service is wonderful. I have used it many times. It is extremely convenient and most helpful. When my 2003 Corolla eventually bites the dust I plan to buy another Toyota from Fitzgerald's because I have been so satisfied overall with my experiences there. Many thanks. More
