I located the Toyota Pickup (2012) with the exact combination of features I wanted at this great Maryland dealership. I actually traveled 1100 miles one way from the midwest to get the truck. I was assisted in a most friendly and courteous and knowledgable way by salesman Keith Williams, both at the dealership and by phone in the days prior to my purchase. The dealership offered an internet purchase discount which I was unable to get at other dealerships. When I completed the paperwork with F.and I. manager Erica, the price and payments were exactly what was told me on the phone and not a penny more. Their policy is to handle all the details of my out of state registration and tags for me, which is a wonderful added benefit. After returning home with my new truck I received a courteous followup call from Keith, making sure I had arrived safely and was satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone across the country. The long trip was well worth the effort. The pickup is excellent! More

First time buying car and Alan made it a pleasant experience. I asked for the price of the Corolla LE model that I wanted and they price matched it to the another dealership I mentioned and they gave experience. My friend was also looking into buying a Corolla S and we both bought at Fritz because they gave us a great discount. Compared to other dealers they wouldn't give us much despite we both buying from same dealer. They even stayed over time until 11:30PM to help my friend and I to finish up the paper works. Alan was really friendly and honest, he explained things to the best of his knowledge and he doesn't pressure you at all into buying the car. Overall I am glad I purchase my car from here, they really value their customers and give the best deals. More

She was able to get the Tacoma I wanted from Chambersburg withou Toyota in Gaithersburg. She has always gone out of her way to make my visit easy. Fitzgerald actually drove all the way up to their facility in Chambersburg, PA to pick up a car we had seen on the internet so that we could check it out--and they didn't charge us a dime for the transfer! We had a great experience and Fitzgerald will be our first choice for future cars! Also, recommend you talk to our sales rep Olga Kuznetsova. She was incredibly gracious and helpful and bent over backwards to accomodate us. We'd recommend her to anyone! More
