I have never had a buying experience quite like the one with Alan. It was incredible. He did everything in his power, and then some, to make sure I found the right car for me. I went in for routine service, and waited for my car to be ready. Justin explained that my brakes were OK for some short, local driving, but should be replaced soon. He kept me informed of what was going on at all stages of the service, what my options were, the time and cost involved. At the end, he handed me back a car cleaner than when I brought it in. I have always received excellent service at this facility; repairs are done right the first time, and the cost is comparable to other shops in the area. More

This Santa Fe purchase was our second Fitzgerald experience. We came in looking for a Subaru and Natalie suggested we look at the Hyundai Santa Fe as well. I wasn't excited about buying a new car experience. We came in looking for a Subaru and Natalie suggested we look at the Hyundai Santa Fe as well. I wasn't excited about buying a new car )and certainly not a Hyundai), but my wife had her eye on a friend's Subaru. I was impressed with how tightly constructed and rattle-free it was, my wife liked it a lot and the price was considerably below a comparable Subaru. Online Santa Fe reviews are really positive, so we decided to roll the dice. The dealership people were a pleasure to work with on this second purchase from them. Service is likewise exceptional; prompt, fair and with a really nice loyalty program. They also have a quiet customer lounge away from the TV room! I mentioned this being our second purchase from Fitzgerald. Our first was for a used van; the price was right for the vehicle in as good a condition as this one was and it was way easier to deal with a car seat in the van vs. the Jeep Cherokee. We had shaken on the deal and were in the finance office - usually the worst place on earth to find oneself. One of the salesmen came in and told the finance guy that the van had already been placed into the newspaper ad for the weekend's run, but for a thousand less than was on the sticker - and to take the thousand off of the price. That completely floored us; they didn't have to do that and we would have never been the wiser. That one act prompted us to look for the new vehivle there and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. More

He never gave up and he was not pushy. Buying a car can be a very stressful experience. Buying a car from Fitz is a very positive experience. Alan spent a lot of time explaining everything about the Rav. He answered all of our questions about the car and about service for the car. My husband and I both felt very good about our experience with Alan and Fitgerald Toyota. More
I when to FitzMall in Gaitersburg first because I had bought a car there before. It was a Hyundai Azera. This time I was looking for the new hybrid, Sonata Hybrid. I used the FitzMall inventory select bought a car there before. It was a Hyundai Azera. This time I was looking for the new hybrid, Sonata Hybrid. I used the FitzMall inventory selector and found what I was looking for. I contacted FitzMall and that's when I connected with JJ Trenholm. JJ was very helpful, answering my questions, and staying in contact. During one visit, JJ was busy with another client, but made sure that one of the other sales associates showed me the Sonata and got me out for a test drive. While I was not ready to purchase that day, and I was unable to speak directly with JJ, I was taken care of all the same. Later, when I was closer to my purchase, JJ was able to spend several hours with me test driving several different [model] cars. After that I came in with my wife in the evening (Halloween night) and JJ again took us out for a test drive (this time my wife) and being satisfied we completed our purchase of a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid (Premium Package). We're very pleased with everyone, especially JJ, at Fitzgerald Gaithersburg. Everyone was professional, friendly, and explained every detail as the process unfolded. Then JJ explained all the items on the dashboard, buttons on steering wheel (12), and how to work the center console buttons (~20) & touch screen interfaces [plural] (I lost count). Finally, we "paired" my cell phone. My head was swimming, but I was good to go. We filled the gas tank, and I was on my way. As I drove home, I called my wife - WITH THE CAR - hehe.
