I can't say enough about the professionalism of these two gentlemen. Danny and Thomas had our car prepped and ready to drive away when we arrived. The only thing that we had to do was sign the papers. It was a very smooth transaction. Their subsequent customer service (deer accident shortly after our purchase) was typical of them but totally unexpected and gratefully appreciated. FYI - we have purchased our last 8 cars from Fitzgerald Hyundai and we will go back to them for our next 8. More

Looking for Hyundai Sonata. I've always been frustrated by the games involved in trying to find out how much a car costs, so I appreciated Fitzgerald's policy of putting the actual price I could expect to by the games involved in trying to find out how much a car costs, so I appreciated Fitzgerald's policy of putting the actual price I could expect to pay on their website - my calculation (after I figured tax, tags and dealer prep)ended up being within $100 of the final price. Spoke w/ Ed Zayas on the phone, who assured me that the price he was giving me was valid, and put it in writing via email. So I went in, met Ed, and discovered that the car I wanted had been sold while I was on my way - he'd called my house to try to get me, but I was already on my way. Turned me over to Thomas Barker, who continued working with me to find a suitable substitute. After looking at four or five other cars in the same price range, I settled on two Sonatas that were exactly the same price with exactly the same features/options as my preferred one, just different colors. I ended up picking one of them (ruby red w/ beige leather interior, vs. my preferred black w/beige). Mr. Barker was courteous, friendly, good-humored, and straightforward. A couple of times, I asked him to explain certain details, and when he wasn't sure, he didn't try to bluff me or lie - he went and got the answer or got someone else to come over and explain the answer (regarding financing). A couple of times, he had to leave the dealership on other business, and both times handed me off to other personnel, explaining exactly what our situation and status were. All in all, about as low-pressure a sales experience as I could expect from a car dealership. Unlikely I'll bring my car in to be serviced there, as I live about 45 minutes away when traffic ISN'T fouled up, but I'd definitely shop there again. More
