I bought a bran new RAV4 from Fitzgerald Auto Malls in April, 2011. I had Corolla, Camry and Avalon prior. After the week rain that we had recently, I noticed that the rear auto de-fog for RAV 4 did not April, 2011. I had Corolla, Camry and Avalon prior. After the week rain that we had recently, I noticed that the rear auto de-fog for RAV 4 did not work as the rear auto de-fog Corolla, Camry and Avalon worked; it did not work as fast and clean as the previous Toyota cars that I had. I took the RAV 4 to the Service Department for a check and I was told that everything was ok. However, I still felt that the RAV4 rear auto de-fog works differently and I was still concerned. I contacted Toyota Customer Services and explained my concerns to the service representive. Toyota Customer Services asked me to bring back to the Service Department and they would have Ed McCurry, the manger for Services Department at Fitzgerald Auto Malls to contact me. Mr. McCurry contacted me the next day and I met with him to discuss my concerns. He listened to my concerns and treated my concerns as his own. Mr. McCurry documented my concerns and stated that he would get back to me once his lead technician check the issues. Mr. McCurry called me immediately when he had the report. He had the technician test the voltage at defogger grids, starting voltage and ending voltage. The technician then compared the data with known good vehicle. Toyota was also contacted and a case was created. The technician was instructed to mist rear window water and test the performance. It was verified that the read defroster is working as designed. During the contacts that I had with Mr. McCurry, Mr. McCury is always very professional, patient and he takes my concerns seriously. Mr. McCurry follows through as he promises. He provides the BEST customer services anyone would possible ask for. My son will be able to drive next year. I plan to give my son this RAV4 and buy another Toyota for myself. I definitely will go back to Fitzgerald Auto Malls for my next vehicle simply for the wonderful customer services Mr. McCurry provides. I have been to many dealerships, but I must say this was the BEST experience that I have ever had. Spencer was excellent in helping me to make discussions as a manager, Erol the most worderful car salesman the BEST experience that I have ever had. Also the attendant Michael Brown was also very helpful with helping me to transfer from car to car. I love my car, used but in very good condition. Althought I fell like I was spending a lum of money, but these guys really eased the pain. Kodos to Fitzgeral auto I will refer this dealership ship to any other. They also talked to me about the condition of my car and would not let me leave without a good choice. These guys were funny but very professional. My auto shop teacher spoke highly of them (John Maher). The credit union spoke highly (Dave Kelleher). Thank You for the experience. More

I rate "Customer Service" as only "Good" because I could not follow some of the info I was after via email. However, meeting Rob was an excellent experience: extremely thorough, answ "Good" because I could not follow some of the info I was after via email. However, meeting Rob was an excellent experience: extremely thorough, answered questions clearly, etc. Rob was super friendly without getting off track and wasting time; he was able to make it a casual meeting and still get everything done. Overall experience with Rob was excellent--we will definitely go back to him personally when we need our next car. The price was expected, no surprises. More

Although I contacted Toyota dealerships in both Maryland and Virginia, Harry was the only Sales Consultant to demonstrate sustained and timely interest in securing a vehicle configured to my tastes. Despit and Virginia, Harry was the only Sales Consultant to demonstrate sustained and timely interest in securing a vehicle configured to my tastes. Despite my unique and, admittedly, exhausting questions and concerns, he received them with patience and seriousness. When the vehicle I finally decided on was sold by another consultant before I could inform Harry of my intentions, he went out of his way to identify two similar vehicles at other dealerships, and secured the one closest to my requirements in terms of configuration and price. He also explained how he could tailor it to my exact specifications. Once I committed to purchasing the vehicle, Harry could have congratulated me and legitimately gone home, while I finished going through the purchasing process. In fact, I could tell he wanted to leave for the day. Yet, when I implied that I would be more comfortable if he remained, he graciously stayed. I later learned that his wife was recovering from surgery performed earlier that day. Wow! Throughout the entire process Harry demonstrated integrity and professionalism. He is an absolute asset to the Fitzgerald organization, and it was a genuine pleasure working with him. More
I had been looking at the RAV4 off and on for 4 years. During that time I visited several dealerships and was so put off by their tactics that I didn't make a purchase. Earlier in the year a friend suggested Fitzgerald Auto Mall and that's when I met Keith. He spent an incredible amount of time w/me and I came to realize that the vehicle I wanted didn't exist. There were 3 specific things I wanted (automatic / electric driver's seat adjustment, auto-dimming review mirror, and the vehicle had to be made in Japan) and I didn't want to pay for other options that I didn't want, e.g., moonroof, advanced technical capabilities, 3rd seat option, etc. There was absolutely no pressure and Keith did his best to try and find a vehicle that met my needs - including suggesting other models. My heart was set on a RAV4 so I walked away again. Fast forward to this summer. I had completed additional research and learned everything Keith had mentioned about the RAV4 was true. It was at this point I decided if I wanted a RAV4 I'd have to take some options I didn't want. I contacted Keith (he remembered me!) and w/in days, he located a car that best matched what I wanted. He was absolutely wonderful throughout my dealings w/him and stayed well beyond his normal work schedule a couple times. I've never dealt w/anyone at a dealership where the sale seemed secondary to my getting the vehicle I wanted... until I worked w/Keith. I've owned Toyotas for 33 years and there's no question my next will be purchased from Fitzgerald and, hopefully, from Keith! More
I brought my white Sonata in to have the radio replaced. I received a loaner car while the service was being performed. The work was peformed and my Sonata was washed. However, when I returned home, I not I received a loaner car while the service was being performed. The work was peformed and my Sonata was washed. However, when I returned home, I noticed black scuff marks on the passenger, left quarter panel. The next morning I called Justin expressing my concern ove rthe scuff marks. Justin asked me when it would be convenient for me to bring it back. I told him I could be there within 30 min. When I got there, Justin immediately took the car back to have it cleaned, buffed, and made to look like new. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. More
